Barbara is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy. Barbara's practice consists of representing institutional lenders, secured and unsecured creditors and lessors in restructurings and bankruptcies, state court replevin actions and foreclosures workouts.

Barbara also practices in the Financial Services Litigation group, focusing primarily on defending financial services providers, including mortgage lenders, holders and servicers in federal and state court against claims of consumer fraud, unfair and deceptive practices, TILA, FDCPA, ECOA and RESPA violations and predatory lending practices in both individual and class action cases. She also represents furnishers of credit information in Fair Credit Reporting Act cases.
