Barry Graynor is an attorney in the firm’s Commercial Lending, Structured Finance & Venture Debt Practice Group. He focuses his practice on secured lending and venture debt. He also handles equipment leasing transactions, with an emphasis on the financing of shipping containers.

Mr. Graynor believes that client service is the number one priority – not just delivering an accurate work product that reflects the terms of the business deal but producing a document that reflects the specific needs of a particular client (or borrower). Mr. Graynor enjoys problem solving; his goal is to close a transaction where both parties are satisfied with the result. In one deal, the other side characterized him as a “happy warrior,” tough in negotiations but in a nice way. In his free time, he enjoys taking day hikes, bicycling, and listening to classical music and opera.
