Bert Greenwell

Bert Greenwell is counsel in the Real Estate Finance & Investment Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of institutional lenders for both securitizations and portfolios in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Bert has also represented investors in the acquisition, development, operation and disposition of commercial real estate, including retail, multifamily, office, hospitality and mixed-use projects.
