Bin Wang is an associate in the Life Sciences practice group and a member of the Cooley Business department. He joined the Firm in 2008 and is resident in the Palo Alto Office.

Dr. Wang's practice focuses on the representation of technology companies, primarily in the life sciences industry.

Prior to attending law school, Dr. Wang worked as a scientist at Celera Diagnostics in Alameda, California, developing high throughput genetic testing products.

Dr. Wang received his law degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2008. He earned a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Utah in 2003, studying protein structure using NMR spectroscopy. Dr. Wang was awarded a MS in Computer Science from the Utah State University in 2002 and a BS in Biology from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1996.

Dr. Wang is a member of the State Bar of California.
