Bob Chen is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of the firm’s San Diego office. He assists clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, particularly patent litigation. He has a technical background in computer science, including coursework in electrical engineering. Mr. Chen has experience litigating infringement, validity, and damages aspects of patent disputes, including trial experience at the International Trade Commission.
