Bo focuses on a variety real estate development and real estate finance transactions. He represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of real property, and landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of leases. He also advises lenders in connection with financial transactions secured by real property throughout the United States.

Bo also practices corporate law with a concentration on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, recapitalizations and joint ventures. His practice also includes general corporate representation, including negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts and advising clients on corporate governance matters.

He has volunteered as a youth basketball coach at the Dowd YMCA since 2009. As an undergraduate, Bo received the Erdhal Cloyd Scholarship Award from North Carolina State University.
