Bonita L. Stone concentrates her practice extensively on complex commercial litigation with emphasis on transactional disputes, shareholder rights and securities litigation, derivative and class action matters, common law fraud and consumer fraud claims.
Bonnie has significant experience in employment-related and competitive activity matters, including misappropriation of trade secrets and other intellectual property rights issues, corporate raiding, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, antitrust and violations of covenants not to compete involving a broad range of industries. She represents corporations of all sizes in federal and state courts and in arbitration.
Bonnie also litigates disputes involving estates and trust matters on behalf of corporate and individual fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries, including claims of oppression, breach of fiduciary duty and asset misappropriation.
