Brad Bedingfield

Brad Bedingfield structures solutions for transition of wealth, including lifetime and testamentary transfers, foreign and domestic trust structures, cross-border estate planning, and tax-efficient charitable giving to protect assets for future generations and realize philanthropic legacies.

Mr. Bedingfield also establishes public charities and private foundations for individuals and corporations, advises on various charitable structures and transactions, and represents charities seeking tax-exempt status, private rulings, or settlement of controversies before the IRS.

He is a former Tax Law Specialist with the IRS’ Exempt Organizations Division, a former associate for an international law firm, and former lecturer in medieval literature.

Mr. Bedingfield has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star.
