Brad S. Clark

Brad S. Clark is an attorney with Hickman Law Group. His expertise includes Education Law, Administrative Law, Employment Law, Open Meetings Act, Open Records Act, Government Contracting, Creditors Rights, and Bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Hickman Law Group, Brad served five years at the Oklahoma State Department of Education, most recently as Special Assistant to the State Superintendent. While at the SDE, Brad focused his attention on Oklahoma’s education policies, laws and regulations, and government contracting. Experience included representing the SDE in litigation, managing Economic Stimulus Package funds, working with the State Legislature to draft and interpret laws, and working directly with school districts to resolve legal issues.

Brad has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he received CALI awards in Land Use and Oklahoma Legal History. Brad is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. In 2009, Governor Brad Henry appointed Brad to serve on the Oklahoma Community Services Commission. In 2013, Governor Mary Fallin re-appointed Brad to the Commission. Brad also serves on the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Oklahoma City Executive Committee, has served on the board of the Oklahoma Brain Tumor Foundation, and continues to dedicate service to these excellent organizations as well as the community of Oklahoma City. He is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of Oklahoma.
