Braden Tilghman is a patent litigator with experience in all pre-trial stages of litigation in federal district courts, including case-dispositive motion practice, discovery disputes, preparation of fact and expert witnesses, and settlement negotiation.

Brady has represented clients in patent infringement litigation concerning myriad technologies. Representative technologies include: CDMA networks and related infrastructure; plug-and-play video displays; encrypted data transmission systems; and pharmaceutical formulation and manufacture.

Brady received dual degrees, summa cum laude, in Mechanical Engineering and English, from Lafayette College. He accepted a Dean’s Scholarship to attend the University of Michigan Law School, where he earned his J.D. in 2013.
