Bradley E. Wolf represents commercial lending institutions, insurance companies and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending agreements, leveraged financings, mezzanine investments, first and second lien financings, debtor-in-possession financings and other financing transactions, as well as in connection with restructurings and workouts. He handles both large capitalization and middle market financing transactions, cash flow and asset-based transactions, and transactions involving both senior and subordinated capital. He also advises clients on intercreditor matters.

Brad’s transactional experience extends across a variety of industries, including retail, media, manufacturing and agribusiness. In addition, he has substantial cross-border asset-based secured lending experience.
