Bradley L. Finkelstein

Bradley Finkelstein is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law, with a principal focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and takeover defense, and complex securities transactions. Brad has represented a wide range of public and private technology companies in negotiated and hostile corporate transactions, governance, and disclosure matters, as well as debt and equity financings.

Prior to joining the firm, Brad served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul R. Michel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from 1996 to 1997.
