Brad has substantial patent litigation experience, including representation of patent holders and accused infringers in district courts throughout the United States and in appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also has litigation experience before state and federal courts involving trademarks, trade secret, and trade dress claims, and significant experience in ex parte and inter partes reexamination matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Brad has extensive experience in counseling clients on various aspects of intellectual property development and protection, including protection, licensing, and preparation of opinions regarding patents, trademarks and copyrights.
Brad is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
