Brandon Howald is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Merger and Acquisitions practice groups. Mr. Howald is based in the firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Howald focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other corporate and securities law matters.

Mr. Howald has represented private equity funds, public companies, and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and he has represented issuers and underwriters in connection with securities offerings. He has also assisted companies in connection with securities law compliance and reporting and general corporate and business matters. In addition, Mr. Howald has represented companies and executives in connection with employment agreements and equity incentive plans and agreements. He has represented clients in matters in various industries, including, among others, technology, healthcare, fitness, services, food and beverage and consumer products.
