Brandon H. Elledge is a partner in Holland & Knight's Northern Virginia office. Mr. Elledge practices in the area of commercial litigation and employment counseling. He regularly appears before state and federal courts on business and employment related disputes and has tried several cases first chair. Mr. Elledge's litigation practice includes the representation of companies (government contractors and technology firms, among others) seeking to enforce restrictive covenants and claims against employees and parties who have committed wrongful acts, such as trade secret theft, conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty and computer crimes. Mr. Elledge also represents companies in the defense of such business tort and other intellectual property claims and in the defense of alleged violations of non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements.

In addition, Mr. Elledge represents businesses in a variety of disputes involving mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, breach of contract and warranty, fraud, defamation and negligence. His counseling practice involves several aspects of employee hiring, movement and terminations. Based on this experience, Mr. Elledge assists and advises companies with employment and potential litigation matters, such as the negotiation of executive employee agreements, covenants not to compete and other restrictive covenants, the exempt/non-exempt (overtime) status of employees and the investigation of discrimination claims.

Mr. Elledge is the public and charitable service chair for the firm's Virginia office. He also serves as a member of the Loudoun Impact Fund as part of the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia.
