Brandon Crase is a member of the Litigation Department. Mr. Crase works on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters and internal investigations. He also devotes considerable time to pro bono work in the areas of civil rights, criminal defense and domestic violence.
Mr. Crase graduated from Georgetown University Law Center where he served as the Executive Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. He is the author of “When Doing Justice Isn't Enough: Reinventing the Guidelines for Prosecutorial Discretion” which appeared in the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and “The Law of Patent Damages: Who Will Have the Final Say?” which appeared in the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal.
Mr. Crase is admitted to practice in Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
