Brandon O. Young is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Young’s practice focuses on providing innovative compliance and business advice and counseling to providers, purchasers, payors, device and pharmaceutical manufacturers and all other segments of the health care industry. His experience includes advising clients regarding compliance issues in their operations and transactions with respect to the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Mr. Young is a member of the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences Industry Teams.

Prior to rejoining Foley in 2011, Mr. Young was employed as a director of compliance at a global Fortune 100 medical device company where he was responsible for overseeing compliance for an international business unit generating approximately $12 billion in revenues. Before attending law school, he worked in the health care industry as a data analyst for a Medicare Part A intermediary, as well as for a large HMO.
