Breanne Atzert focuses her practice on representing businesses and individuals in significant government investigations and complex civil lawsuits. She has been involved in conducting numerous internal investigations for boards of directors and senior management and defends clients before a wide range of government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulators. Specifically, Breanne has investigated allegations of accounting and bank fraud, mortgage fraud, insider trading, and other securities violations. She has extensive experience investigating matters involving potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act including extensive work in China, Russia, India, and Brazil. Additionally, Breanne has advised companies in the creation and execution of comprehensive anticorruption compliance programs.

Breanne also has assisted clients in civil litigation matters involving breach of contract claims, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the False Claims Act, and other commercial matters.
