Brendan Krasinski focuses his practice on representing product manufacturers and retailers in product liability, mass tort litigation and commercial disputes. Mr. Krasinski also has significant experience drafting and reviewing product warranties and advising clients on the adequacy of their warnings for new and existing products. Mr. Krasinski was selected as a 2014 Rising Star in Class Actions / Mass Torts by Super Lawyers. Mr. Krasinski received his J.D. from the University of Georgia, where he was inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Krasinski served six years on active duty in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer and six years in the reserves, where he attained the rank of major. During his service, Mr. Krasinski served as, among other things, an instructor at the U.S. Army’s Ranger School, a rifle platoon leader, a mortar platoon leader, a battalion operations officer and an aide-de-camp. While in the Army, Mr. Krasinski participated in three overseas deployments to the Middle East.
