Brent joined Reed Smith in 2003 and is a member of the firm's Litigation Group in the Falls Church office. In the summer of 2002, he was a summer associate at Reed Smith. Brent focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with particular experience in the representation of entities in commercial real estate and government contracting disputes. He has experience in civil litigation in both federal and state courts, involving construction-related matters, real property disputes, landlord-tenant litigation, land-use matters, eminent domain issues, and commercial-related disputes involving breaches of contract, fraud, products liability and business tort litigation.
