Brett Budzinski is a counsel in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Budzinski has a broad practice focused on corporate and securities law matters, and he has successfully represented clients in a variety of complex transactions.

Mr. Budzinski represents public and private companies on a wide range of matters, with a focus on public securities offerings, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and counseling companies on ongoing corporate matters, including federal securities reporting requirements and corporate governance issues. He represents clients in a number of industries, with an emphasis on life sciences and technology companies.
