Brian Foster concentrates in civil trial practice in federal and state courts, with an emphasis on representing business clientele in commercial litigation. His practice includes consumer class action and unfair business practices litigation, product liability, real estate litigation, partnership disputes, contract claims and business torts.

Brian is a Member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, is designated a "Master" of the American Inn of Court, Louis M. Welsh San Diego Chapter, and speaks periodically on various trial advocacy topics. Brian also serves as a Lawyer Representative for the Southern District of California to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference.
