Brian C. Root

Brian is an associate and member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department and Energy Litigation Group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on natural resources litigation. He has practiced before federal and state courts throughout the country. His experience includes representation of natural gas marketers, service providers, mid-stream companies, and conventional natural gas drillers in litigation and regulatory matters.
