Brian Range is a senior associate in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on intellectual property and complex litigation. Brian has litigated patent, trade secret, and other technical cases nationwide, including in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

Brian has advised clients concerning disputes relating to a wide range of diverse technologies, including wireless communication, data management, semiconductor processing, liquid crystal displays, Internet business methods, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. Brian is also experienced in counseling and litigation arising from copyright, trademark, trade dress, advertising, and antitrust disputes, as well as technology licensing and licensing disputes.

Brian is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and is active in pro bono asylum and juvenile immigration matters.
