Brian Robinson is a counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group and focuses his practice on the resolution of complex intellectual property disputes. Mr. Robinson has extensive experience litigating intellectual property matters involving pharmaceutical products, and has particular expertise in patent challenges under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Mr. Robinson has handled all aspects of patent and trade secret litigation, including the development of case strategies, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Robinson has substantial experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical, medical device, and mechanical fields. He also has experience preparing opinions and providing counseling on patentability, infringement and validity issues.
