Brian Kolva is a Vice President and Legal Counsel at 50 South Capital. He is responsible for providing legal support to the Hedge Fund and Private Equity teams.

Prior to joining 50 South Capital, Brian was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, one of the world’s leading law firms. At Kirkland & Ellis, Brian advised private equity sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private investment funds and the organization and structuring of their management companies and advisor entities. Prior to his time at Kirkland & Ellis, Brian was an associate at Vedder Price P.C. in the firm’s Investment Management group.
