Brian L. Hager

Brian’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions.

Brian represents public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate and securities laws, and general corporate governance matters.

He has significant experience with venture capital investments and has represented syndicators and investors in low-income housing tax credit transactions, including multi-investor and proprietary funds. He also regularly advises companies regarding compliance with the SEC’s conflict mineral rules. Brian volunteers with Central Virginia Legal Aid's Pro Bono Hotline program, and frequently lecturers on mergers and acquisitions at the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
