Brian Neach is a business litigator who has litigated cases in federal and state courts, cutting across a number of substantive areas, including federal and state securities laws, trade secrets, patents, trademarks, accounting and legal malpractice, and real estate. As a former CPA, Brian has substantial experience in cases involving complex tax and accounting issues. In addition, Brian has represented numerous public companies and their directors in multi-state class action litigation involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duty under Delaware law. Before joining Theodora Oringher, Brian was counsel in the Orange County office of O'Melveny & Myers and was an associate at Williams & Connolly in Washington, D.C.
