Mr. Jumps’ practice concentrates on real estate transactions, real estate retail and mixed-use development and redevelopment, institutional lending and finance, public-private financing, urban renewal, business, land use and leasing. He also represents individual and corporate borrowers, local and national banks, investment banks and finance companies in real estate financing transactions.
