Brian Mack is a registered patent attorney. His work includes client counseling on various intellectual property issues, such as trademarks, trade secrets, drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the United States and abroad. He also provides product clearance for an increasing number of technologies including aerospace and mechanical arts, telecommunications equipment, computer software, and mechanical tools and processes. Brian also has patent litigation experience, which includes handling various discovery matters such as working with expert witnesses, claim construction, and providing technical and analytical support as well as conducting prior art searches on various technologies including industrial machinery, automotive components, agricultural products, and medical devices.

Brian specializes in the aerospace and mechanical arts, including combustion, gas turbine components, and power plant applications. He is a named inventor on 17 gas turbine-related patents. Brian has also worked as a mechanical design engineer at Pratt & Whitney where he helped design the engine for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, and as a turbine design and patent engineer at Power Systems Mfg., LLC where he helped develop industry-leading low NOx combustion technology. During his undergraduate studies, Brian interned with the Department of the Navy on the AV-8B Harrier engine program at Naval Aviation Depot in Cherry Point, NC.
