Brian Stimson focuses his practice on complex litigation and investigations, primarily in the health care industry. His health care clients include a national air ambulance provider, one of the country’s largest health benefits providers and numerous ancillary providers. He represents them in commercial disputes, business tort actions, declined qui tams, government and internal investigations, regulatory litigation and class actions across the country. In addition to Georgia, Mr. Stimson has litigated in jurisdictions as diverse as California, Florida, Nebraska, Ohio, Texas, Massachusetts and Washington state.

Mr. Stimson is a vice-chair for the American Health Lawyers Association’s Payers, Plans, and Managed Care practice group. He is a frequent publisher and speaker on managed care litigation.

Mr. Stimson earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002. While at the University of Georgia, Mr. Stimson served on the Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards and was a Pupil in the Henry Joseph Lumpkin Inn of Court. He also coached the Jerome Prince Evidence Law Moot Court Team to a national championship.

Before attending law school, Mr. Stimson worked as a press assistant for U.S. Senator Fred Thompson and was a legislative assistant with United Parcel Service’s Public Affairs division in Washington, D.C.
