Brian W. Bauman is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where his practice includes acquisitions, divestitures, private offerings of securities and the formation and representation of both onshore and offshore hedge funds. He also has significant experience within the grocery industry, including negotiating leases, supply and franchise agreements.
