Brian Winterhalter is an associate in the Real Estate practice group and a member of the Firm's Business Department. He joined the Firm in 2007 and is resident in the Reston office.

Mr. Winterhalter is a commercial real estate attorney focusing his practice on land use and zoning matters in Northern Virginia. Mr. Winterhalter's practice includes representing major developers and national, regional, and local companies in all areas of land use, including office, hotel, residential, retail and mixed-use/transit-oriented development projects. He counsels clients with regard to all aspects of the land use planning, zoning, and development process, and presents development proposals to public bodies and citizens associations.
