Briana LaBriola is an associate in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office and a member of the Litigation Department. Briana represents public and private companies in a wide range of employment and labor matters, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and wage and hour class actions. She also frequently advises clients regarding employment policies and agreements.

Briana also devotes time to pro bono work, including advising nonprofit organizations regarding California employee leave laws and successfully representing a client who sought asylum in the U.S. because of the abuse she faced in her native Honduras.
