Brianne W. Richardson joined Adams and Reese in 2017 as Special Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Houston office. She is an appellate and trial lawyer with a primary focus on appellate practice and oil/gas litigation. She has represented litigants in the Texas Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and various appellate courts across the state of Texas.

Brianne is extensively involved in the pre-trial stages of cases for complex motion practice and at trial. She also supervises and manages all discovery for certain clients in order to provide consistency and cost efficiency across multiple cases. Alongside her appellate and litigation practice, she works with her clients to help them avoid future disputes through contract drafting and negotiation as well as providing updates and presentations on new developments in the law
