Brigitte Finley Green is experienced serving as bond counsel, special tax counsel, underwriter's counsel and trustee's counsel in a variety of tax-exempt, and taxable, municipal bond and lease-purchase transactions for state and local governments, including special districts and multipurpose facilities districts. She also has experience in qualified private activity bond financing of multifamily housing facilities, manufacturing facilities, single family mortgages, student loans, charter schools and facilities for 501(c)(3) organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Brigitte spent two years as an attorney adviser with the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, D.C., where she practiced exclusively in the tax-exempt bond area and her duties included preparing treasury regulations and IRS rulings.
