Broady Hodder’s practice focuses on corporate counseling, corporate finance, securities and business transactions. He has extensive experience representing private and public companies as well as investors in a wide array of matters, including venture capital and strategic financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and complex corporate governance affairs.

Prior to rejoining the firm in 2014, Broady served for nearly nine years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Clearwire Corporation, a publicly-traded wireless broadband company that was sold to Sprint Corporation in 2013.
