Brooke is a Senior Associate on the Product and Mass Tort Litigation Team in Atlanta. She is also is a member of the Atlanta Hiring Committee. Brooke is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, US District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Brooke defends clients in personal injury and product liability litigation involving a variety of consumer products and medical devices, including orthopaedic implants, tires, industrial chemicals and consumer electronics. She also represents a major residential mortgage lender in state and federal lawsuits alleging wrongful foreclosure, violations of statutes regulating lenders such as TILA, HOEPA and RESPA, and related common law claims. Additionally, Brooke represents several Fortune 500 companies in successfully defending asbestos-related premises and product liability claims in state and federal courts across the country, including MDL 875.

Brooke has an active pro bono practice focusing on juvenile status offenders and mentally incompetent youth in the Juvenile Court of Fulton County, Georgia. She also represents pro bono clients in appeals before the Social Security Administration.
