Bryan Connolly concentrates his practice in real estate development, leasing, finance and acquisitions and dispositions. He has represented regional and national owners and developers in a broad variety of transactions.

His experience includes representing developers of gaming resorts, residential and mixed-use projects, and commercial properties. He is also experienced in representing sellers and purchasers of downtown office towers, retail property, office buildings, multi-family properties and mixed-use projects; property owners financing commercial and residential properties; and landlords and tenants in leasing transactions.
