Bryan Jung is a member of Holland & Knight's Financial Services Team and is based out of the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach offices. Mr. Jung has more than 20 years of experience providing structuring and advisory services in corporate finance transactions, including asset securitization and equipment leasing, as well as bank, finance company and other institutional lending transactions.

Mr. Jung has served as counsel to both issuers and purchasers of asset-backed securities involving a variety of underlying assets such as trade receivables, timeshare loans, automotive retail installment sales contracts, automotive dealer warehouse loans, electric utility stranded costs, and residential and commercial real estate mortgage loans. He also represents banks and other financial institutions in a wide variety of secured and unsecured transactions, including senior and mezzanine debt, private placements and revolving credit facilities.
