Bryce C. Bernards

Mr. Bernards is an associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments and the Employment Law Practice Group with experience representing clients in a broad array of matters before federal and state courts, FINRA, administrative agencies, and in pre-litigation negotiations, on such issues as discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, covenants not to compete, breaches of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment, trade secrets, copyright, trademark and right of publicity, and defamation.

He counsels clients on employment issues including reductions in force, wage and hour, drafting, reviewing, and revising employment agreements, handbooks and workplace policies, addressing questions and concerns related to hiring, performance problems, terminations of employment, and separation agreements and releases.
