Bryn Vaaler is a partner in the Corporate Group and serves as the firm's Professional Services Partner, overseeing and directing business and professional development through the firm's Professional Services Group. His responsibilities include: developing and coordinating marketing and business development strategy for the firm; working with firm lawyers to implement that strategy; overseeing firm communications and public relations; designing, coordinating and implementing in-house training for lawyers, clients and staff (Dorsey U); promoting improved on-the-job training and mentoring; and coordinating internal training with external CLE.
For 11 years, Mr. Vaaler was a professor of law at the University of Mississippi Law School, where he taught Contracts, Corporations, Corporate Finance Law and Securities Regulation. He was a member of the ABA Committee on Corporate Laws from 2000 to 2006.
