C. Wade Bowden

is a litigator experienced in the areas of complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, probate litigation, products liability, construction and wrongful death. He has been listed as a "Top Up and Comer" by both the South Florida Legal Guide in 2011 and by Florida Trend magazine in 2008. Wade has litigated a broad range of matters at all levels from trial and post-judgment matters through appeal at both the intermediate appellate and supreme court levels. He is board-certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation Law. Wade also serves as a member of The Florida Bar Business Litigation Board Certification Committee.

Wade is a graduate of Georgetown University and of Boston University School of Law. While obtaining his law degree, Wade also studied International Relations at the graduate level at Boston University and at Harvard University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Past-President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and a past member of the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar. He is a member of the Bars of the Southern, Northern and Middle District Courts of Florida, as well as of the Bars the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and of the United States Supreme Court.
