Christopher's practice focuses on corporate finance transactions.

In addition, Christopher has extensive experience advising client in all aspects of commercial law, including public finance and banking law, and transactional work for financial institutions in areas such as real estate financing, construction and development, government contract financing, public debt and equity financings, letter of credit transactions, loan participations and syndications, loan workouts and restructurings.

Christopher is a partner in the firm's McLean office. He regularly leads CLE programs for the Virginia Law Foundation on banking law.
