C. Parkhill Mays Jr. serves as head of marketing for the firm’s National Public Finance Practice in the Lakeland and New York offices. Mr. Mays is experienced in corporate finance, sale and lease-back, privatization and in all areas of the tax-exempt bond practice. He also represents underwriters and issuers.

Mr. Mays is actively engaged in the drafting and enactment of legislation involving the issuance of indebtedness by public bodies including conduit and direct issuances for educational facilities, sports facilities, environmental clean-up, high-speed rail, and general excise tax-supported debt projects. He has participated in the issuance of bonds for these purposes and for other state and local governments.
