Jordan Myers focuses on structuring and restructuring of financing transactions and the resolution of related disputes. He advises clients in all stages of lending relationships, including origination, workout, restructuring and bankruptcy. Specifically, he has experience representing banks and other commercial lenders in a broad range of secured financing transactions, including asset-based loans, cash flow loans, acquisition financing, real estate financing and cross-border financing. Jordan has experience negotiating intercreditor and subordination issues, bankruptcy rights and debt restructurings. His practice also focuses on representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy and related proceedings.

Jordan earned his J.D., with honors, from Emory University, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as managing editor of the Emory Law Journal. He earned his B.S. in finance from the University of Florida.
