Caitlin Abram represents clients in complex trust and estate transactional and litigation matters. Her experience includes decanting, non-judicial agreements and other techniques for estate and business succession planning, taking into account non-tax considerations as well as the impact of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Caitlin also provides risk management advice and represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex trust disputes, will contests, and reformation and construction actions. Additionally, she has extensive experience in negotiating and preparing settlement documents.

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Caitlin was a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery in Chicago.
