Calvin Ding focuses his practice on counseling both U.S. and non-U.S. clients in international corporate and commercial projects, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital. He regularly advises clients in internal investigations and issues arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Prior to practicing law, Calvin worked as a research analyst in The Heritage Foundation's Asian Studies Center and interned for U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson.
