Carla Garfinkle is counsel in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Carla has represented issuers, underwriters, placement agents, borrowers and lenders in a variety of finance transactions including structured finance/securitizations, acquisition finance, project finance and asset-based lending. Carla served for over 12 years as General Counsel of Donlen Corporation, a national fleet leasing company. She has extensive experience in the securitization and syndication of vehicle and equipment leases. Carla graduated from University of Pennsylvania Law School, magna cum laude, where she was an Editor of the Law Review.
