E. Carmen Ramirez is a counsel in O'Melveny's Washington, DC office and a member of the Financial Services group. Her practice includes defending financial institutions in government investigations, and representing investment managers, service providers, and plan sponsors in ERISA and healthcare litigation. Before practicing law she was a Certified Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
